Free Electronics Collection Event slated for November 11

On Saturday, November 11, from 9 am to 12 noon, and at no cost to Clinton County residents, CleanScapes is hosting their 2nd annual free electronics collection event at the Clinton County Conservation District in Porter Township.

Working and non-working electronics will be accepted, such as but not limited to TV’s, CD players, gaming consoles, cords and cables, and all computers and components.

Large appliances, air conditioners, and business drop-offs will not be accepted; please contact the Wayne Township Landfill for more information on proper disposal.

Registration is required for a drop-off time and registrations will be accepted until Friday, November 10 at 12 noon, or until 10,000 pounds maximum weight limit is reached. To register for a drop-off time, contact Elisabeth Lynch at 570-726-3511 or clintoncountycleanscapes@yahoo.com.
