Join volunteers from CleanScapes and the Friends of the Bald Eagle Valley Trail (BEVT) this Sunday, October 20, for a BEVT Work Day!
The focus of this stewardship event, being held from 1-4 p.m., will be trail resurfacing repairs.
Gloves and refreshments will be provided to all registered volunteers.
Do you have a tractor with a bucket? Or a metal landscape, thatching or infield style rake?
Consider bringing this equipment along!! Please note: tractors will get muddy.
Opportunities include:
Tractor (with bucket) Crew: Those with tractors will be tasked with transporting gravel from the staging area to predetermined sites along the trail.
Trail Teams: Walk down the trail and spread and level TSA gravel. Tools are not provided.
The total length of the work area is over 1 mile. Sturdy and comfortable shoes are recommended.
