This year marks the 20th year of activities for CleanScapes.
And we’re not done yet!
Each year, our committed volunteers come together for clean-up events across Clinton and Lycoming Counties to take what have become illegal dumpsites and return them to their natural state. Literally tons of debris are removed at each cleanup event. These efforts create a healthier environment for the flora and fauna, in addition to ensuring our public spaces are ready for outdoor recreation enthusiasts.
2019 will be no different.
You can play a part in helping CleanScapes achieve its goals, whether its by volunteering, becoming a member, or helping to sponsor an event with a small donation.
Our 2019 fundraising goal is $13,575.
This amount reflects the monetary value of all sponsorships and memberships during our fiscal year: October 1, 2018 – September 30, 2019.
“CleanScapes’ long-term goal is to continue planning community clean-up events until all our public spaces are restored,” said Project Director Elisabeth Lynch McCoy. “Your financial support will allow us to complete community-based improvement projects.”
